It was a great stay in the hotel. Surprise that they are aware of my birthday and complimentary fruits were given with a birthday card. Hotel is near MTR Mongkok station with a 10 min walk, but it is rather quiet to walk through at night alone. Other then this, the room is a little bit small for me due to my big luggage. Overall experience was great and service is really fantastic.

Hotel is nice and clean. Fluent and friendly staff. Have a free shuttle service. But the location is not near for any MRT station. Have a McDonalds in front of the Hotel which is open 24 hours. Price of the hotel is reasonable enough.

Rooms are pretty clean. Situated at Mongkok, many food stores can be found around. Only that there is some distance to the nearest MRT, not recommended to old folks like us.

I have a good experience with this hotel. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with a smile by the staffs. Besides that, the staff explained to us about our room and attended to our request and tried their best to help us. Not only that, we requested for extra pillows in the night and in a short while, they brought it to us. Their services are fast and staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth the stay! Though the location might be a little inconvenience due to the surrounding areas are all neighbourhood and shops close at early hour. And it might be dangerous to be out in the night to get supper as my friends and I saw young gangsters gathering at a cafe and taking drugs.
