Located within the city centre the hotel is about 20 minutes to the airport by a private vehicle. The Ben Thanh market, Notre Dame Cathedral and Reunification Palace is just a 10 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Outstanding service would be the selling point, though the rooms are pretty run-down. Hotel staffs are well-trained; friendly and helpful. Rooms need to be refurbish as they are quite old. On the whole, the experience on our last 4-nights stay was good, if you are not particular about room conditions.

The check-in was a pleasant one with us waiting at the Executive Lounge at the 24th floor while the Executive Lobby (next to it) process the check-in. They bring the room keys to you. The guest relation officer even went to the extend of recommending the local shopping malls/markets and advise which mall to which we must bargain on the price and which malls have fixed pricing. All these, while we were helping ourselves to the finger foods and wine being served in the Lounge. Our rooms allocated was on the 21st floor (non-smoking as requested). Breakfast (buffet) was on the 25th floor (roof top) with good quality food. We have a choice to have the buffer on the main cafe on the 4th floor too.

"Free shuttle bus service to and back from city; room is not small and clean. " Overall, good food and service provided in this hotel. Hotel had look after my Special Request, thank! Keep it up !
