Hotel is centrally located in Al Barsha district, within walking distance to Mall of The Emirates and Ski Dubai. We are only short drive away from Dubai Internet and Media cities as well as Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the Palm Jumeirah.

The hotel was lovely and very convenient to the Mall of the Emirates. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I enjoyed the cleanliness of the place especially my beddings and the bathroom. Due to me being in the Tourism industry of South Africa, I wanted to meet with many hotels in Dubai to discuss my business and the benefits to them. Unfortunately at Auris, I requested to see the manager on 3 occasions and she was on the premises, but not available. I thought that was not very polite. The snags was that breakfast was very basic,and they did not cater for different cultural groups e.g I am Hindu and don't eat pork or beef, but this was on the menu for 4 days. I could only eat eggs and have a muffin or cupcake with tea. The muffins were also very hard, almost a day or 2 old. I was a bit surprised the oneday I came in at 6pm and asked for some tea to be sent to my room, they could not provide the tea as the kitchen closes at 5pm. So travellers should be aware not to depend on room service after 5pm. I also did a lost of shopping and I was worried about my weight, the hotel did not have a scale, but were able to arrange a bathroom scale for me. Apart from these few inconveniences, I loved the hotel, as it was ideally situated to where I wanted to go. The metro tarins were in the Mall, so it was easy to move around the city from there.

Its a small hotel but understaffed. I met Manager because of an issue and she was a fighter angry woman.But receptionists are all good and professional. Breakfast had no variety but staff was very friendly. Rooms are good and clean. A good budget hotel.
