On arrival, there was some confusion with my booking as I had changed it twice due to unforeseen circumstances (family hospitalization). Unfortunately the hotel staff were not happy when I asked for clarifications with the hotel charges. Luckily I had booked the room through Asia Travel and with their assistance, everything was resolved. The rooms are big and comfortable, nice pool and a good selection at breakfast. Housekeeping could be better as two days out of three the tea in the room was not replenished. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel.
