The rooms are big and clean. We complained of leaking bathroom and the hotel took care of it. Hotel was located in a high end condo residential area. It's not near the bts but luckily, the hotel has free shuttle service to chit lim station and it was easy to get taxis. Will return to hotel again.

The location of the hotel is ideal. There are many food stalls and restaurants just outside the hotel. Starbuck is just about 5 mins walk away. The Chilom BTS station is about 10 mins walk away. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the security staff at the entrance, are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again in the future.
