Stayed in this hotel for 2nights with my family (husband and 3 kids). Requested for 2 interconnecting rooms where our kids can stay next door and we got what we wanted. staff are friendly and helpful. Family rooms have bunk beds enjoyed by my kids. Rooms were clean. Had problem with my coffee kettle but service to replace it was so quick. Location is perfect if you have plans to go to Universal Studios. Good buffet breakfast though Wifi is not free.

good hotel for family with 2 kids, good location,my kids love their bed,staff are friendly and helpfull,very close to US, SEA aquarium, waterfront station and seven eleven,many great food around the area. i will come back again someday.
