Hotel Overview

Club Tara Resort is located on Bucas Grande Island, just an hour boat ride away from Siargao.

Club Tara Resort is comprised of two areas, the Club Tara Main and Club Tara Blue.

Club Tara Main is located inside the cove area and it where Sea View Cottage, Sea View Family Cottage, and Dormitory room could be found.

On the other hand, Club Tara Blue is located in a private beach area just 5 minute boat ride away from Club Tara Main. Club Tara Blue is where Tropical Cabins and Beachfront Deluxe are situated. Although Club Tara Blue is for budget travelers, it has a very beautiful beach line with pure white sand. Guests would be very close to nature as Wi-Fi is not available in the area.

Club Tara is a pioneer resort of ECO Tourism in Bucas Grande Island, Socoro, Surigao Del Norte.

Surigao del Norte is a group of island at the rim of the Asian continental shelf. The province is blessed with long streches of white sand beaches, enchanting rock formations,mysterious caves, and vast mangrove forests.

Surigao del Norte is located at the northeastern part of Mindanao. It comprises the islands of Dinagat, Siargao, and Bucas Grande.

Travel tips: In resort's quest to protect the area, they are not providing toothbrush, toothbrush, etc. You may bring your own, though. They don't have credit card facility as well.

Via Siargao Island : Please, check updated flight schedules from airline website.(Skyjet air, Cebupacific air, Philippine air etc. )

From Sayak airport, you need to travel by land to Dapa port first.
It takes 15~20mins by airport van (Php150/person)
They have ferry boat going to Socorro port with minimal charges. (2~3 trips per day, it takes about 1hr. )
We can arrange a boat to fetch you from Socorro to Club Tara (about 40 mins) at Php1,500 per way, per boat(good for 10pax per boat)

If like to have private Boat transfer from Dapa port to Club Tara, about 1hr ~ 1hr 10mins, cost Php2,500 per way per boat. (mid. size boat, less then 10 person capacity only)

Via Surigao : Please, check updated flight schedules from airline website. ( Philippine air, Cebupacific air)
The most economical way from Surigao airport to Hayangabon Port is taking Public Van Service from the Airport. (more or less 1hr 20mis, Php200 per person)
We can arrange a boat to fetch you from Hayangabon port to Club Tara (about 20~30 mins) at Php1,500 per way, per boat(good for 10pax per boat)

From Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Davao or other destination from Midanao

Simply drive Butuan ~ Badas ~ Claver ~ Hayangabon port. There is parking area at Hayagabon port managed by Balangai) We can arrange a boat to fetch you from Hayangabon port to Club Tara (about 20~30 mins) at Php1,500 per way, per boat(good for 10pax per boat)
