Located in Manila, Drive to Recto Avenue. Turn right onto Recto Ave, Turn left onto Nicanor Reyes St., Follow España Blvd and Quezon Ave to Quezon City. Drive to Timog Ave in Diliman. Slight right to Timog Avenue then on the right is the NewGrange Condotel.
The main landmarks of Newgrange Condotel are Ace Furnitures and the Philippine National Bank, both located in the ground floor of the building. Need cash? Philippine National Bank is on the ground floor. Citibank and other international banks like HSBC are not too far away. Same goes for money-changers who are in demand by clients who have other currencies besides US dollar. People hankering for the nightlife will not be disappointed. Try walking along Timog Avenue at night to experience Manila’s night life at its best!
