My to-go placeo of staying when in Manila as I like the location, very convenient for the purpose of my travel. Its clean, spacious, friendly staff, good food, value for your money and i feel comfortable here. The moment you check in, you are welcomed by their courteous staff and they will do their best to male your stay worry free. Great breakfast. Only negative comment is they dont seem to quickly refill what is already empty on the serving tray. At my recent stay, i was luckily being upgraded to their grand deluxe room but was placed on the extension building. Its more quiet in that area although i prefer to stay at the main building. So far, i like staying in this hotel. Its always my number one choice when i go to manila.

On my last trip to Manila, I decided to choose to stay in the Lotus Garden Hotel because of the high rating it received on the website. However, upon my check in, I was vastly disappointed with this hotel and its staff. They had told me that my booking reservation was honored from AsiaTravel, but my room was moved to City Garden Suites (its sister company). Given that I checked in at 7PM and I was really looking forward to resting in my hotel room. Upon to hear this predicament, I was very annoyed because it seemed like there was no point in my booking. I had asked why this was so, the staff could not give me a comprehensible answer. They merely said "it's already been arranged." Truly, this was not the answer I was looking forward to hearing. The room they had transferred me to was small and had 2 single beds instead of the double. But I chose to overlook these factors. Overall, I am disappointed with this hotel's performance.
