Isabelle Royale Hotel and Suites, the newest addition of business hotels operating in the Makati Commercial Business District. Originally developed as a residential condominium, Isabelle Royale is an 11-storey condominium with about 100 units. Completed and sold out in 2005, almost half of the buyers of Isabelle Royale are Filipinos living abroad. Considering the location of Isabelle Royale and the demand for affordable accommodations for business travelers and tourists, its developer, Techno-Asia Construction and Development, Inc, has decided to convert the unoccupied units into hotel accommodations. Techno-Asia has started fitting out the said units with suitable beddings, furniture and appliances to ensure comfort and convenience to guests. Now re-named as Isabelle Royale Hotel and Suites, Techno-Asia has turned to MyHometel, Inc, a professional hospitality management company, to provide the day-to-day management of the hotel. MyHometel is currently managing the 60-room Sampaguita Suites in Cebu City, and the 35-room Amigotel in General Santos City.

Two of Metro Manila's main arteries pass through Makati. The Epifanio De los Santos Avenue (EDSA) pass along the southeast part of Makati and connects the city with Mandaluyong City and Pasay City. The South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) runs through the western part of Makati and connects the city with Manila to the north and with southern Metro Manila. Gil Puyat Avenue, which connects EDSA and SLEX in the north; Ayala Avenue, an important street that runs through the Central Business District; and Makati Avenue, which connects Ayala Avenue with Buendia Avenue, also extending north to cross the Pasig River to Mandaluyong City. At the center of Makati is the Ayala Triangle, a park built on the former Nielsen Air Base.
