Genuine Asiatravel.com guest review
Service is great. All staff are very courteous and attentive to guest's needs. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable.
Linens are clean but towels need replacement.
Breakfast selection is ok but can be improved. Maintenance of the hotel should be given an attention. Hotel should provide new towels for the guests.
We will definitely stay again in this hotel in future visit to Cebu.
First of all this is the best 3star hotel for the money in the Makati area. I've tried other hotels to compare but no hotels can beat the price, location, service, security and convenience being a 10 minute ride to the airport with no traffic.

The hotel is in a terrific location close to and within walking distance to everything and anything going on in Makati CBD. Right beside it is a Japanese restaurant that is open till late and across the road is Pan de Manila that churns out lovely bread until wee hours of the morning. The hotel building itself is getting on. Signs of wear and tear through years if providing hospitality is showing. A few cracks on the tiles, loose floor piece, dangling electrical switch on the wall, little things that a good eye for maintenance couldn't address. Why it hasn't been addressed is another issue. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. The bed mattress is comfortable and of good quality, so is the duvet and linens. The pillows feel tired and lost most of its plumpness. The towels can use revamping too. The bathroom has proper bath with a good water pressure and ample hot water. Toiletries are provided. The bathtub sealant around the edges are showing signs of mold, nothing that a good scraping and resealing couldn't address. Overall the room is in good state, good TV and mini ref available and the most important complimentary bottled water and coffee making facilities. This building has 4 floors serviced by 2 lifts so getting in and out is never a problem. Breakfast every morning is from 6 to 10 and they vary each day which makes it interesting. One morning I counted 4 guests and 10 service staff, other mornings have been busier. We organizes transport through concierge who were very helpful. Lobby and door staff are also attentive and helpful. We got a very good deal through Asiatravel that included one way airport transfer. Superb value. Will definitely stay there again if I can get the same deal.
