The room smells like a damp carpet. The hotel is a walking distance to greenbelt shopping areas. I would rather chose another hotel if I come back again to Makati.

I am regular at this hotel as I like the business facilities, superb location with Makati Greenbelt across the road which has everything you want for international traveller - restaurants, music, cinemas, chill out places, nice bars and winebars, almost any time of day and night. The rooms are firmly 3* but are perfectly acceptable. Quietly comfortable and efficient in every way .... but don't bother with the in house restaurant as there is much much better across the road. Very inexpensive for what you get.
