E&O is a lovely colonial style hotel with great service to match. Besides the usual breakfast fare, evening cocktail/tea time is included into the package and sipping a cup of coffee overlooking the Penang beach is a wonderful feeling. The rooms in the Victory Annexe Wing(new wing) are big and well decorated. The bathroom size, layout & design is possibly one of the best I have seen in a hotel. Overall a very satisfying stay.
