We stayed at the gallery room, without window. From the website it looked kinda small but to my surprised it's quite spacious and clean. A/c and hot water are also running well unlike most hotels. Will definitely come back to Grand Borneo again for holiday. Thumbs up!

Good, a bit far from the city. But have a shopping mall just beside the hotel. Rooms are neat and well maintained

Some room types offer late check out 3 hrs from the normal check out time.. this is good.

A bit far from town center but still good by having shops etc just by side of the hotel, very convinient to those who have families easy to eat out etc
