The hotel room is big and offers good spread of breakfast. We enjoyed the environment at Colmar tropicale and recommend families to visit Berjaya hills.

it was a great holiday for me. the view of the mountain, the fresh air make me feel so calm and peace. its a very good place for u to go if u want to relax after the whole year stressing bout work. i love it very much. the food also good and overall i like very much n my wife also. THX

The shuttle bus service was very poor. No one was there to guide the shuttle bus.

The hotel was fine but the thing that upset me too much was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was Horrible, it wasn't dirty and damaged. Furthermore, there weren't that much of shuttles and if you want to catch one you have to wait more than an hour. Plus, the shuttles were going to the Japanese village stopped down hill which made it too hard to us to walk up hill with an infant and children.
