Overall, a very enjoyable experience. The hotel must consider making bell boys available to help guests (who do not speak Mandarin) catch taxis. The touts in front of the hotel just want to rip off tourists. They refuse to use the meter and would charge you at least 5 times the normal fare. With no one at the hotel helping, guests who do not speak Mandarin have some hard time.
