The bottom of the pagoda resembles a wild goose, hence the name, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

It was built in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1384), originally on Guangji Street, a short distance west of the Drum Tower, and was moved to the present site in AD 1582. The upturned eaves are supported by colorful dougong, a unique Chinese architectural style. The whole tower is a wooden structure with mortise and tenon jointed without a single iron nail. The three layers of eaves are covered with blue glazed tiles, and the beams and columns of the upper and lower rooms are decorated with colorful paintings.

1) Reed Flute Cave: It is just a 15 to 20 minute drive northwest of the downtown area. The cave's serpentine depths wind about within Guangming Mountain and feature some remarkable rock formations. The cave itself is named for the green reeds growing inside, the same ones you might notice being used to make the slide whilstles sold outside the cave.
2) Fubo Hill: This fascinating karst upthrust reminds some people of a towering wave, poised to crash down into the river below; others believe the name comes from the rock formation's interruption of the flow of the Li River. Either way, it's an impressive piece of geology, surrounded by rolling green hills and more karst peaks, water, caves, picturesque rocks, and gardens.
3) Elephant Hill: China's storied landscape is well populated by fantastically shaped natural features named for various mythological figures, especially animals. One of the most famous is Guilin's Elephant Hill, a striking natural arch that juts out into the Li River, bearing a clear resemblance to an elephant dipping its trunk into the water.
4) Seven Star Park: A great place for a relaxing stroll, this ancient park takes its name from seven karst peaks that correspond to the seven stars in the Big Dipper constellation.Covering.1.2 square kilometers (nearly 1,000 acres), the park's rocky landscape is riddled with a number of natural grottos and caves.

Full Day Li River Cruise

Pick up at hotels between 7:45 am and 8:30am ( Fubo Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, Rong Hu Hotel , Guilin Bravo Hotel, Royal Garden Hotel, Gui Shan Hotel, CAAC Hotel and Plaza Hotel)
There's no better way to travel from Guilin to Yangshuo than by riding along the languid Li River's waves.A cruise down the river's placid lengths takes between 3 and 5 hours and offers a chance to take in Guilin, Xingping and Yangshou's spectacular karst scenery in a relaxed setting. Guests are free to walk about the boat and admire the scenery from any angle they desire.
Return to Guilin by coach.

Great Wall is located in the mountains and this visit may be postponed due to extreme bad weather, hence we advise you not to take this tour on your last day of stay in case it has to be postponed to the next day

All Bookings are on prepayment. Payment to be made upon confirmation of booking and are accepted by credit card (Only Visa & Master Card acceptable). Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be emailed to guest.

Child Discount

Child at height of 1.1 meters or lower requires to pay 50% of fare rate, except for special tour programs
Child above height of 1.1 metres requires to pay full adult fare

All confirmed booking, "no-show" or last minute cancellation are Non-Refundable. Cancellation or amendment should be informed 03 working days before arrival date
