All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issue of vouchers. Payment by credit card will be billed in Australian Dollar upon confirmation of booking. Payment by telegraphic bank transfer shall be in Australian Dollars. Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest. There is no cancellion charge except for a 5.5% credit card processing fee if cancellation is notified to us according to the cancellation policy set by individual hotel, between 3 to 15 days prior to check-in date.
